In my bedroom, as long as my phone is in another room. Libraries are too quiet for me, strangely enough.
Criterios de corrección
Grammar and Vocabulary: a range of structures and topic vocabulary, used with good control.
Discourse Management: extended answers that are relevant and linked with discourse markers (actually, what's more, on the other hand…).
Pronunciation: clear, easy to understand, with natural stress and intonation.
Interactive Communication: you respond naturally, develop your ideas and (in pair tasks) invite and react to your partner's views.
Global Achievement: your overall ability to deal with the task at B2 level.
Explicación
After your partner's long turn, the examiner asks you a short question about their photos. Give a direct answer with one reason; about 30 seconds is enough.

Honestly, I prefer eating at home most of the time. It's more comfortable and you know exactly what's in your food. But for special occasions I love going out.

Pregunta 3
Dificultad media≈ 2 min
Transcripción del audio (en la app lo escuchas con voz)
Examiner: Here are your two photographs. They show different ways of studying. Please compare the photographs, and say: What are the advantages of studying in these different ways? You have about a minute.
Part 2 (Long turn, 1 minute). The real exam shows two photographs; here they are described in words.
Photo 1: a young woman working alone at a desk in a quiet library, wearing headphones. Photo 2: four students sitting around a table in a classroom, talking and pointing at a laptop screen.
What are the advantages of studying in these different ways?
Tiempo para responder: 60 s.

In the first photo there's a young woman studying on her own in what looks like a library, while the second photo shows a group of students working together on a project. The main advantage of studying alone is that you can concentrate completely. It's quiet, nobody interrupts you, and you can work at your own speed. She's wearing headphones, so maybe she's trying to block out any noise. On the other hand, working in a group, like the students in the second picture, means you can share ideas and help each other. If someone doesn't understand something, another person can explain it. It's probably more fun too, although it might be harder to stay focused. I think each way is useful for different kinds of tasks.

Compare the photos (similarities and differences) and spend most of the minute answering the printed question. Do not describe every detail: speculate with 'It looks as if…', 'Perhaps…', 'I imagine…', and link your ideas with 'whereas', 'on the other hand'.
