Terms of use

By using Examo you accept these terms. This is a draft pending legal review.

1. Who we are

Examo (at satpocketprep.com) is an exam-preparation platform. Contact: contact page.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Examo for free to study on your own or with your class. You may not: mass-copy or redistribute the questions or explanations, scrape data automatically, try to access other people's accounts, interfere with the site's operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Results and official exams

Questions are original and meant for practice. We do not guarantee any score or result in an official exam. Scores we show are estimates, not official scores. Examo is not affiliated with any exam body.

4. Accounts

You can use Examo without an account (your progress is stored in your browser). If you create one, you are responsible for keeping access secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Age

If you are under the minimum age of digital consent in your country (13–16 depending on the country), use Examo with the permission of a parent or guardian. For minors we show no ads and use no analytics (see privacy).

6. Paid plans (when available)

If a Premium plan is enabled, the price, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay. EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right as provided by law. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe or Paddle); we do not store your card details.

7. Intellectual property

Examo's content (questions, explanations, design and code) belongs to its owner or is used under licence. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. You are free to link to Examo.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the content correct, but errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. This does not limit consumers' mandatory rights.

9. Third-party links and ads

Examo may contain third-party links or ads (for example Google AdSense). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The law of the site owner's place of residence applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers in their own country.
